Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
You may request closure of your jl165 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any remaining Balance after closure of pending wagers will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within standard processing timelines.
